The website illardodicolonnata.com offers services for booking tastings and guided tours at the winery Il Lardo di Colonnata, managed by Mafalda srl.
Bookings must be made at least ten (10) days in advance of the requested date.
Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions
The use of the website illardodicolonnata.com and the booking of services offered by Mafalda srl imply full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Contract.
Booking of services
Bookings can be made through the website illardodicolonnata.com by completing the online booking form and following the indicated instructions.
All bookings are subject to confirmation by Mafalda srl based on service availability.
Availability of services
The availability of the services offered by Mafalda srl is subject to confirmation.
If the requested service cannot be confirmed due to lack of availability, the user will be promptly notified. No payment will be required in advance.
Modifications to the booking
The user may request modifications to a booking made through illardodicolonnata.com by contacting Mafalda srl directly.
Any modification is subject to the availability of the requested services.
If the requested modification cannot be accepted, the user will be informed accordingly.
Bookings and cancellations
Standard bookings
Bookings made through the website must be confirmed at least ten (10) days before the requested date.
Payment for services is made exclusively on site, at Mafalda srl – Piazza Palestro,2 Colonnata Carrara MS, on the day of the visit or tasting.
Group bookings (more than 10 people)
For bookings involving more than ten (10) people, Mafalda srl may require a credit card guarantee at the time of confirmation.
Credit card information will be processed securely through the Stripe platform, which complies with PCI-DSS international security standards.
No charge will be made at the time of booking, except in the event of:

late cancellation (less than 48 hours before the scheduled date), or

no-show,
in which case Mafalda srl reserves the right to charge the full or partial cost of the booked service as a cancellation fee.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled date by e-mail or another electronic means accepted by Mafalda srl.
Cancellations made within this timeframe will not incur any fee.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the application of the cancellation fee as described above.
Changes to the General Terms and Conditions
Mafalda srl reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Users are encouraged to review the Terms and Conditions periodically for any updates.
Use of the website and booking of services imply acceptance of the version in force at the time of booking.
Intellectual property
The website illardodicolonnata.com and all its contents are the exclusive property of Mafalda srl and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Liability
Mafalda srl shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the website illardodicolonnata.com or from the booking of the services offered.
In particular, Mafalda srl is not responsible for any service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or errors or omissions in the materials published on the website.
Payment
Payment for services offered by Mafalda srl is made exclusively on site, at Il Lardo di Colonnata, at the time of the visit or tasting.
For group bookings involving more than ten (10) people, Mafalda srl may request a credit card guarantee processed securely through Stripe.
No charge will be made at the time of booking, unless the reservation is not cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled date or in case of a no-show, in which case Mafalda srl reserves the right to charge the full or partial cost of the booked service.
Personal data processing
Mafalda srl processes users’ personal data in compliance with applicable privacy laws and the provisions contained in its Privacy Policy.
Users are invited to read the Privacy Policy carefully before providing any personal data through the website.
Communications
All communications between the user and Mafalda srl regarding service bookings through the website illardodicolonnata.com must be made in writing by e-mail or another electronic means accepted by Mafalda srl.
Non-transferability
The user may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these General Terms and Conditions to third parties without the prior written consent of Mafalda srl.
Entire agreement
